Razor Sharp Grinding utilizes the same grinding machines used by some of the major cutting tool manufacturers; Walters™ CNC Tool & Cutter Grinders.
We also use AutoCAD™, Cyber Grind™, ToolStudio™ software and high performance coatings in the manufacture of your special tools.
"Raw" Material Choices
Razor Sharp Grinding, in the interest of providing our customers with the best and most cost effective tool, may begin with either a Cobalt, HSS, Carbide Blank or a standard tool and modify it.
CAD to Machine
Razor Sharp Grinding has the ability to transfer your “DXF” file directly to the CNC Grinder using ToolStudio™ software. This virtually assures a correct tool to your exact dimensions.
Customer Supplied Sketches
We also produce parts from hand drawn customer supplied drawings and can provide approval prints before any work is done.
Customer Critical Tolerance Parts
